  1. Blackstone Saunas warrants its products against material and workmanship defects, covering part replacement within the warranty period.

  2. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, power surges, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

  3. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is void upon ownership transfer.

  4. The purchaser is responsible for freight and labor costs. Proof of purchase and a completed warranty card within 30 days are required.

  5. Product dimensions may be rounded to the nearest 0.25".

  6. Delivery to curbside is included, but in-home delivery requires an additional fee unless installation is purchased.

  7. Delivery and installation include setup in the requested room, packaging removal, and a brief demo on sauna operation.
